Description: Hotel Zum Storchen is one of the Luxury Hotel in Zurich. The only hotel in Zurich located on the River Limmat, the Hotel zum Storchen embraces this honour with great dignity. Its lively terrace restaurant is a fabulous place to sit and watch the boats drift by while enjoying great food and wine. But then, the 'Storchen' has been renowned for its hospitality and service for over 650 years. The hotel stands on a truly historic spot that has always boasted a traditional guest house. Consequently, the hotel's decor features a wonderful blend of the traditional and the modern that will ensure its popularity for years to come.
We have to inform you that from January 3 until the end of March 2008 we will redo our single rooms on the 4th floor. Therefore it might be noisy during the day (09:00 2:00 and 14:00 7:00).

Driving Directions:
How to reach Hotel Zum Storchen - by car: follow the sign 'City' or 'See' (Lake), then drive along the river Limmat, cross the 'Münsterbrücke' (bridge) and turn right into the 'Storchengasse' to the Weinplatz. By train: the hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the railway station away.
From the sirport: by taxi you need 20 minutes, or 30 minutes by shuttle bus.
